Sam Industries Ltd., a Public Limited Company listed on the BSE, was incorporated on 17th February, 1994 in the State of Madhya Pradesh, India.

​It remained a prominent player in the Soya Processing business and enjoyed its association with ITC as a contract processor for over a decade.

Thereafter, the Company had built a manufacturing Unit of 1,00,000 Sq. Ft., for production of welding consumables. Recently the Company has diversified into Real Estate Development including leasing and rental activities.

Shivom Estate, our Residential Township in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, continues to command a premium over most other Developments.

Our recently launched Industrial and Warehousing Park ‘Shivaay’ was met with astounding success with majority of plots selling during the soft launch itself.

Currently we have a slew of projects under discussion in the retail, corporate offices and industrial plotting spaces which are likely to be launched over the next 24 months.
